I have said it before and will repeat it here; Washington State’s most distinctive and finest wines are produced all or in large part from the Syrah grape. Yet, for the last two decades producers here, in California, even in Australia which has the oldest Syrah (Shiraz) vines in the world have lamented that they have strong difficulties in selling Syrah…
